For the Science Fair, the judges said, “Great idea and good photos. Your idea needs a little more work to get results that we can test. What happened with the drink test? A little more detail would have been good.”     Keeva

When we went to the Science Fair we saw heaps of cool science projects. The judges commented on our science.

They said, “Great problem solving going on here. You figured out the problem you had and came to a logical conclusion. Your photos show a great process and teamwork. Well done.”  Kawana

On the day the science fair was on, we looked at all the projects. The project that Kawana, Hunter and I did was called “Rocket Boat.”

The judges’ comments were, “Great problem solving going on here! You figured out the problem you had and came to a logical conclusion. Your photos show a great process and teamwork well done!”

The Science Fair was on Monday the 25 of June 2018. I read the judges’ comments. It said, “Great idea and good photos!

Your idea needs a little more work to get results that we can trust. What happened with the drinks test?  A little more detail would have been good.”

Keeva and I forgot to do the drink test – one of the most important tests.

We had lots of fun.    Tor

For the Science Fair, the judges commented on my work and they said…..

“Gosh, you had to work hard to fix these problems. Good on you for not giving up and continuing to research instead. Your results are a little confusing so more detail would have been good.”

I wasn’t actually there, but the Science Fair sounded fun!      Isla.

For the Science Fair, the judges said, “A good idea for an investigation. A simple method gave you a clear set of results. For next time think about a graph of your results and evaluating your experiment.”

At the Science Fair, there were lots of cool experiments. The one I liked the most was the growing gummy bears. All you need is:

16x gummy bears.

4 containers.

Ruler.

Plate.

Spoon.

White vinegar.

Lemon juice.

Water.

Red wine vinegar ½ cups.

Even though I didn’t win. I loved that we got the chance to participate in the Science Fair.    Tiana
