The day started with making our version of goody goody gumdrops ice cream. Here they are setting in the freezer.

This was followed by a bike ride to River Valley Lodge for a picnic and then a soak in the spa.

Back at school there was a ‘Puke’s got talent’ contest which was won by our birthday boy, Rickon.  (Thanks to our judges Peita and Brooke). After tea there was the ice cream we had made in the morning followed by Rickon’s birthday cake. Next on the programme was movies and then possibly a bit of spotlighting…..                                           All photos remain the property of Pukeokahu School
